Annexation records are added and maintained within the ArcGIS Pro parcel fabric environment as new documents are recorded with the Register of Deeds. A nightly automated process copies approved updates from the editing (authoritative) version into this publication version for use in mapping, analysis, and public-facing applications. This dataset supports planning, zoning, land records, and general jurisdictional reference needs across the organization.</SPAN></SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
